He is a certified construction health and safety officer, occupational safety specialist, Six Sigma Green Belt, and OSHA Accident Investigator. He has previously served in the Marine Corps as the infantry combat leader before entering the civilian sector as an operations risk manager at Boots & Coots. This expert then served as a risk consultant for IBTX Risk Services and as the managing director of advanced risk, safety, and compliance for MaximGroup. He currently serves as the director of safety and risk management for a company that is dedicated to workplace safety. He is also the vice president of risk management for a risk management and insurance solutions firm in Texas. In these roles, he is responsible for identifying and assessing threats and safety risks for his clients. He specializes in commercial casualty and safety training in companies ranging from small family-owned operations to municipalities and government contractors.
