Ms. Peggy M. Ochoa has 42 years of experience in the field of Labor and Delivery Nursing. She earned her ADN from Triton College, her BA in Health Education from the University of Saint Francis Illinois, her MS in Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety from Northwestern University, and her BSN from Purdue University. Today, this expert is licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois and is a certified Prepared Childbirth Educator. Formerly, she served as a Staff Nurse and as an Operating Room Coordinator at the Northshore University Healthsystem - Evanston Hospital. Currently, she serves as a Lecturer in the Division of STEM and Health Careers at the Oakton Community College and as the Clinical Coordinator in the Grainger Center for Simulation and Innovation at the Northshore University Healthsystem - Evanston Hospital.
