He completed his MD degree at the prestigious Albert-Ludwigs-University in Germany prior to moving to the United States. He completed a residency in Psychiatry and a fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry at the University of Cincinnati. This expert is highly respected in this field with more than 65 publications and more than 15 book chapters and 5 books to his name. Formerly the Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and Dean at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, he is currently serving as Professor and Head of the Department of Psychiatry at a major academic medical center in the Southwest.
