Expert Qualifications
This highly qualified expert has over 30 years of experience in the field. He earned his BS in civil engineering from the University of Missouri and is a licensed professional engineer and professional surveyor. He is also a certified floodplain manager, an erosion, sediment, and storm water inspector, and a professional in erosion and sediment control. The expert is active in his field as a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Missouri Society of Professional Surveyors, and the American Public Works Association. Formerly, he served as the floodplain manager for the City of Hermann and the vice president of BFA, Inc. Currently, the expert is the president of a civil engineering firm that specializes in storm and sanitary sewers, bridges, waterlines, and dams.
