This expert has several years of property management experience, which includes 4 years of apartment management. For over 11 years he has also performed property safety inspections for major insurance companies. As a professional property manager, he holds the Master Property Manager designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers. He conducted workshops for their property managers both locally and nationally, and is the author of several Property management classes approved in Texas for continuing education, and the Texas Real Estate Commission has certified the expert as an instructor of property management classes. In addition to authored classes, he has had over 25 property management articles published.
