Expert Qualifications
Dr. Richard D. Zane has over 27 years of experience in the field of Emergency Medicine. He earned his BA from Johns Hopkins University and his MD from Temple University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Today, this expert is board certified in Emergency Medicine. Formerly, this expert held roles as an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at Harvard Medical School and as Vice Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Currently, he serves as the Chief Innovation Officer and Exeuctive Director of and Emergency and Emergency Medical Services at UCHealth, Co-Founder of the UCHealth CARE Innovation Center, as the Executive Director of Emergency and EMS Services at UCHealth, and as an Attending Physician at the Univeristy of Colorado Hospital. He also works as the George B. Boedecker, Jr. and Boedecker Foundation Endowed Professor and Chair at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
