Expert Qualifications
This qualified healthcare actuary has over 20 years of experience in his field. He earned his BS in mathematics and statistics as well as his MS in applied statistics at the University of California, Riverside. He is a member of the Society of Actuaries and the American Academy of Actuaries. Formerly, he served as an actuarial assistant at TPF&C, as an actuarial analyst at AMEX Life Assurance Co., and as a senior consultant at Coopers & Lybrand. He then moved on to Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and WellPoint where he served as a director and senior actuarial consultant as well as the director of actuarial consulting. Currently, he is a part-time employee and serves in an actuarial consulting capacity at a healthcare analysis firm in California.
