Dr. Rohinton J. Morris has 29 years of experience in the field of Cardiothoracic Surgery. He earned his BS in Biochemistry from Juniata College and his MD from Drexel University College of Medicine. After completing his internship and residency in General Surgery at Hahnemann University Hospital, he went on to complete a fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery at the same institution. Today, this expert is board certified in Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery. Formerly, this expert held roles as an Attending Physician in the department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Presbyterian Medical Center and Hahnemann University Hospital. He also served as the Surgical Director of the Cardiac Transplant and Mechanical Assist Program at Penn Medicine. Currently, he serves as the Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Jefferson Health - Abington. He also works as a Professor of Surgery and as the Director of Cardiac Surgery at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University.
