He has an array of experiences that are derived from working in the industry as an employee of various areas including formerly managing a facility for the last 10 years. He is very active in his field as a certified ice technician from the US Ice Rink Association. In his current role, he is the ice and turf supervisor that requires that I manage an indoor Olympic sized ice arena and indoor field house. This requires vast knowledge in a variety of areas including risk management and mitigation, staff training, development of policies and procedures.
