Expert Qualifications
This expert has over 10 years of experience in the fields of physical medicine and rehabilitation and pain medicine. He earned his BA in chemistry and philosophy from Long Island University, his MS in medical sciences from Boston University, and his MD from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He then completed an internal medicine internship at Cornell University, followed by a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Additionally, he completed an interventional spine and musculoskeletal fellowship at Spine Technology and Rehabilitation and a pain medicine fellowship at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Today, this expert is board certified in pain medicine, physical medicine, and rehabilitation and holds an additional certification in musculoskeletal sonography. He remains active in his field as a member of numerous professional societies, including the American Society of Regional Anesthesia, the American Society of Pain and Neuroscience, and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. This expert previously served as an assistant professor of pain medicine and anesthesiology and as the associate program director of the pain medicine fellowship at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Currently, he is the program director of the pain medicine fellowship and a professor of pain medicine, anesthesiology, and orthopedic surgery at a top-ranked medical college in New York.
