Expert Qualifications
Dr. Scott Gilbert has 21 years of experience in the fields of Nephrology and Internal Medicine. He earned his BA from the University of Pennsylvania and his MD from the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He completed both an internship and a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Nephrology, all at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Today, this expert is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. Formerly, this expert served as an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Tufts University School of Medicine and as an Associate Professor at the Jonathan M. Tisch College of Civic Life. He also served as the Medical Director of the Kidney and Blood Pressure Center at Tufts Medical Center. He currently serves as a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Tufts University School of Medicine and as the Fellowship Director in the William B. Schwartz Division of Nephrology at Tufts Medical Center, where he also serves as a Nephrologist.
