After earning his BS in mathematics from the State University of New York, Albany, he went to complete his MS and PhD in statistics at the State University of New York, Stony Brook. In his early career, he served as the lead statistical analyst and statistical consultant in the psychiatry department of the State University of New York, Stony Brook. He also served as an associate professor of statistics at Dordt University and as chairperson for the institution's statistics and computer science department. This expert is highly active in research and scholarship in his field, with over 30 funded grants, countless peer-reviewed publications, and several textbooks and chapters. Currently, this expert is the director of research and scholarship, a professor of statistics, and the division leader for mathematics and physical sciences at a private liberal arts university in Iowa.
