Expert Qualifications
This expert has over 20 years of experience in heavy civil construction and facility maintenance safety. He received his BS in occupational safety and health from Keene State College and is certified as a safety professional and as an OSHA construction industry instructor. He formerly served as a safety engineer at Nielson Dillingham Builders, Inc. and at Parsons Corporation. Additionally, he served as a safety advisor in contracting and as a safety engineer II for JACOBS Technology at NASA Langley Research Center. He also served as a site safety officer at MEB General Contractors where he provided safety oversight of over 150 employees and developed policies related to construction equipment daily inspection forms, protocols, and preventative maintenance. He currently serves as a senior construction safety & health consultant for a safety and health consulting firm in Virginia and as a safety and quality assurance manager for a corrugated box company.
