Mr. Steve Ijames has 43 years of experience in Law Enforcement and Security. He earned his BS in Criminal Justice Administration from Drury University and his MS in Public Administration from the City University of Seattle. Formerly, he served in the Springfield Police Department, retiring at the rank of Major in 2007. He also served as an Interim Chief of Police at Republic Police Department and Ozark Police Department. Currently, he provides less lethal force, tactical/patrol command, and counter terrorism training to a wide variety of clients, as well as serves as an expert witness.
