Expert Qualifications
This highly qualified expert received his BS from Cornell University, his MA from the University of Arkansas, MBA from New York University, and his PhD from Rutgers University. He is a certified environmental compliance officer and has a vast amount of experience in the environmental sector. He is a former airport wildlife biologist at John F. Kennedy International Airport, dean of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and adjunct professor of biology at Berkeley College. He has also previously worked as an environmental consultant for Worldwide Ecology, chief compliance officer at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and environmental safety specialist at FEMA. Currently, he is an independent consultant that assists various organizations by providing technical advice, guidance, interpretation, and consultation on national environmental laws and regulations and their applicability to complex and controversial environmental challenges.
