Expert Qualifications
Dr. Steven M. Shannon has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of Podiatric Surgery. He earned his BS in Biology from Villanova University and his DPM from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency in Podiatric Surgery at Penn-Presbyterian Medical Center. Today, this expert is board certified in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Formerly, this expert held roles as a Podiatric Surgeon at the Ankle and Foot Medical Centers of the Delaware Valley and at the UPHS Penn Wound Care Center. Currently, he serves as an Attending Podiatric Surgeon at the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center.
