Expert Qualifications
This expert has over 10 years of experience in hospitality. He was the assistant executive housekeeper at the Hyatt Regency in Buffalo, where he oversaw the daily operations of the housekeeping department at a 396-room hotel. He was also the executive housekeeper at Homewood Suites. There, he assisted with a massive renovation of the hotel, trained current and new employees, and worked closely with every hotel department. He also served as the assistant general manager at the Hampton Inn, overseeing the daily operations of a 132-room hotel. He is currently the director of housekeeping at a hotel in Niagara Falls. He is a member of the hotel’s executive and steering committee, is responsible for the daily housekeeping operations for the hotel’s 392-rooms, and trains, coaches, and mentors over 100 employees.
