Dr. Susan M. Tiona has 30 years of experience in the field of Family and Correctional Medicine. She earned her BS from Oregon State University, her MS from Arizona State University, and her MD from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Mayo Clinic Health System-Franciscan Medical Center. Today, this expert is board certified in Family Medicine. Formerly, this expert held roles as a Locum Tenens Physician at Keefe Memorial Hospital, Mayo Clinic Health System-Franciscan Healthcare, Southeast Colorado Hospital District, and Docs Surgical Hospital. She was also the Chief Medical Officer at the Colorado Department of Corrections. Currently, she serves as a Telemedicine Physician at CoreCivic.
