This expert on user experience design is considered one of the pioneers on the creation of the Internet and in the design of Hypertext and Browsers. His work is documented in several textbooks. He obtained his BA in Computing from the City College of NY, his MS in Computer Science from Rutgers University, and his PhD in Cognitive Psychology from CUNY. He has 40+ Publications and is currently a Principal at a cognitive consulting firm and a Senior User Experience Advisory at an Ivy League University.
