This highly qualified vascular neurology expert earned her BA from Johns Hopkins University and her MD from University of Maryland. She completed an internship in medicine at Mercy Medical Center, a residency in neurology at University of Southern California, and a fellowship in vascular neurology at Stanford University. This expert is board certified in neurology and vascular neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is licensed in California and Delaware. Her contributions to medical literature include articles published in Neurology Clinical Practice, Cerebrovascular Diseases, and American Heart Association Stroke and Circulation journals. She is a fellow of the American Heart Association and an active member of the American Academy of Neurology. Formerly, she served as a clinical assistant professor in the department of neurology and neurosciences at Stanford University and as the director of performance improvement at Stanford Stroke Center.
