Dr. Victor R. Klein has 36 years of experience in the fields of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. He earned his BS in Biology from Queens University and his MD from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University College of Medicine. He also earned his MBA from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University years later. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Kings County Hospital Center and a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Johns Hopkins Hospital before going on to complete a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Today, this expert is board certified in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Clinical Genetics. He is also a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management through the American Hospital Association's Certification Center. Formerly, this expert served as the Vice Chairman of Obstetrics and Gynecology at North Shore University Hospital and as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Joan & Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University. He currently serves as the System Director of Patient Safety and Risk Reduction and as the Vice Chairman of Quality and Patient Safety in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Northwell Health. He is also an Associate Professor at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell and an Attending Perinatologist at North Shore University Hospital. Moreover, he is a Perinatologist with North Shore OB/GYN Associates.
