Expert Qualifications
Dr. Vina R. Spiehler has 42 years of experience in Forensic Toxicology. She earned her BA and MA in Analytical Chemistry from California State University, Fullerton, and her Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of California, Irvine, School of Medicine. Today, this expert is a Fellow in Forensic Toxicology by the American Board of Forensic Toxicology. Formerly, this expert served as a Senior Forensic Toxicologist in the Forensic Science Service at the Orange County Sheriff's Department and as the Technical Director for Drugs of Abuse Testing Products at Diagnostic Products Corporation. Currently, this expert is a Consultant and Principal Scientist at Spiehler & Associates.
