This highly-qualified expert has more than 20 years of experience as an attorney. He earned his BA from Ohio State University followed by his JD from Emory Law School. He began his career as a litigation associate at Sanborn, Brandon, Duvall & Bobbitt Co. and Schklar Ney & Heim, LLC, where his primary practice areas included complex civil litigation as well as legal and professional malpractice cases. He then served as a managing partner at Ney Hoffecker Peacock & Hayle, LLC, where he continued to focus on legal malpractice cases. He is currently the managing partner at a private civil litigation practice in Atlanta. He has litigated dozens of legal malpractice cases and has served as an expert for several cases regarding the standard of care for attorneys.
