Expert Qualifications
This expert is located in Georgia and carries a board certification in Neurology with sub-specialties in pediatrics and epilepsy. They received their MD from Ankara University Medical School in Ankara, Turkey. They went on to receive their PhD from Nagoya City University Medical School in Nagoya, Japan. They completed two internships, one with Ankara University Medical School and the other in pediatrics from New York Presbyterian. They went on to complete their residency in pediatric neurology at the Children's Hospital in Boston. They completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical school before completing a fellowship in epilepsy and clinical neurophysiology at the Children's hospital in Boston. They are highly active in their field and a member of many organizations, including, the American Epilepsy Society, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Neurology Association. Currently they serve as an associate professor and medical director of the pediatric comprehensive epilepsy program at a highly regarded university and children's hospital in Georgia.
