I am a licensed Professional Engineer. I have 35 years of experience in accident reconstruction with thousands of cases over the years. I have considerable experience in pedestrian and bicycle accidents. I have considerable familiarity with this type of matter. I have lectured on accident reconstruction to DOT persons, insurance company meetings and Trial Lawyers meetings, and have visually reconstructed accident scenes using technology such as Jvt applications. I also teach Accident Reconstruction topics in my Physics and Engineering Courses at a college near Syracuse, NY. It is possible to determine the position of the car during the crash to make an assessment as to whether it was parked illegally at the time of impact.
